What do Community Managers need from CapX?

CapX (Capacity Exchange) is a Wikimedia community-driven platform designed to help people and organizations discover, share, and connect around skills, knowledge, and learning opportunities across the Wikimedia Movement.

As we think about the future of CapX, we want to know more about you and your work as a Wikimedia community manager. We want to understand whether CapX could be useful in supporting your community management work.

Your answers will help us better understand what community managers need from a tool like CapX, what could make it more useful, and what role it could play in the future.
